Supreme Court To Review Texas Redistricting

The Supreme Court has agreed to review the legality of the 2003 Texas redistricting plan engineered by Tom DeLay. Before the redistricting, Texas had 16 Republican congressmen and 16 Democrat congressman. After the new districts were drawn, the split was 21 Republicans to 11 Democrats.
